It's a bug alright. . . What's your snailmail address for the mintie?

It's a weird bug -- if you give xsv the -r flag and look at the
reflected infoset, you'll see that the NMI type has correctly got the
{test}NMIBase type as its base . . .

Likewise if you do xsv -i schema.xsd, it passes without errors . . .
