has someone written a schema parser ??

Hi,

i would be really thankful if someone could pls let me know if he/she has
written a schema parser which parses schema having >,<,==,<>,|| or &&
operators ??

i have my shema with these kinds of operators and i want a java program which
can parse these operators....current schema does not provide these operators
support.

pls help me
