Are you referring to the online version of XSV [1]?  There are no
recent crashes showing in the log, and the validator seems to be
working for me.  The XML Schema Primer [2] has a number of schemas in
it which should work (modulo the known error that the XML Schema
Instance namespace URI should be
http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance).

Please give some more details so we can try to help you.
