Hi XMLP WG, Here is a review comment to XOP Last Call specification. Section 1, the specification of base64 encoding in XOP is described in terms of base64Binary of XML Schema Part 2, and the definition of base64Binary data type refers to RFC 2045. Since more formal description of base64 has recently been provided as RFC 3548, I propose to use RFC 3548 as the primary reference specification of base64 encoding in XOP. <http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3548.txt> -- Jun Fujisawa <mailto:fujisawa.jun@canon.co.jp>
