Hi all, 8-) The Working Group has decided to close the editorial issue 389 [1] using the proposed text [2] (amended in [3]). The issue deals with the distinction of terminal and non-terminal nodes in the Data Model and Encoding in the Last Call draft of SOAP 1.2, which was only used in places where it was unnecessary and/or incorrect. The resolution basically removes the distinction.
