SOAP Assertions & Test Collections

Per 6/19 telecon, I am sendingthese comments to xmlp-comments:

Assertion 91 is a residual from a previous draft spec and should be deleted.
Assertions and test cases contained in Assertion 91 are reflected in
Assertions 90, 92 and 93.

Assertion 14 should be worded according to the SOAP Version 1.2 Part 2 spec.
It should read:

	"SOAP header blocks targeted at the special role.....Such SOAP
header blocks MAY carry data....
