Vidur,

You raised an issue [1] to the XML Protocol WG.

We resolved this during the WG conference call on 9th Jan 2002 by
agreeing to the text proposed in [2] as content for the data model 
section of SOAP part 2[3].

As such, the WG considers the issue closed. Please let us know if
this is an acceptable resolution.
