It's a definite improvement, so I consider it an
acceptable resolution.

You raised an issue on SOAPBuilders [1] that the XML Protocol Working
Group logged [2]. At our most recent face-to-face, we inserted text
into the draft [3] which addresses the issues of the use of default
ports.

Please let us know if this is an acceptable resolution.
