Noah,

The Working Group resolved issue 107[1] that you reported[12] during
the July 25th telconference[9] (see the details at [1]). Section 2,
4.2 and 4.2.2 have been modified in the editors' copy[10] accordingly.

Another issue was identified during the resolution of issue 107: SOAP
Application isn't defined in the specification. Issue 139[11] will
address the definition of SOAP Application.
