XMLP issue 45 closed

Hi Vidur.

This is to notify you that the Working Group has decided to close
issue 45[1] that you reported[2], whose title is "RPC fault codes".

It is believed that the RPC specific fault codes defined in [3]
address this issue.

Let us know if this is an acceptable resolution.
