It seems like the biggest problem we have been having the
last few months is getting our terminology shared.  John,
you seem to have a leg-up in this department; perhaps an
NOTE could be published that is, in fact, a dictionary
of terms, complete with references.  Ideally the dictionary
would have a few undefined terms, and then use predicate
logic (Tom Demarco's Structured English is close enough) 
to describe the relationships between the terms and
to describe new, higher level terms that we use.
