Clarification required on XML

Dear Sir,

Please clarify the following :

1. When a table from a database is converted to XML data what will happen to the triggers and constraints.

2. When a user updates / inserts on XML data how it gets updated in the original table OR if original table is updated then how the XML data is get updated.
