Suggestion for 2nd edition: refer to xml-editor archives and xml- dev

Consider adding references to the archive at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/xml-editor/ and to the xml-dev mailing
list. This should help keep your mailbox from filling up with dumb
questions. :)

The XSLT 1.0 Recommendation does well with this, with appropriate
hyperlinks:

Comments on this specification may be sent to xsl-editors@w3.org; archives
of the comments are available. Public discussion of XSL, including XSL
Transformations, takes place on the XSL-List mailing list.
