Section 3.2.2

Production 51 can produce both "(#PCDATA)" and "(#PCDATA)*". Both
forms are unnecessary, and the second form introduces a possible
abmiguity when parsing. The portion of production 51 reading
"(S? '|' S? Name)*" should be changed to "(S? '|' S? Name)+".
