Errors in Table of XML Specification 1.0 Section 4.4

In section 4.4 of the XML 1.0 Specification
(http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/REC-xml-19980210) there are the
following (as far as I could tell ) unreported errors in the
specification:

The errors are incorrect hyperlinks in the  first table of section 4.4.

The row identified by "Occurs as Attribute Value" has a number of
hyperlink errors:

Under column headed "Character", the  entry "Not recognized"  hyperlink
is broken; a dash (-) is missing
in the reference, it should be, "#not-recognized" instead of "#not
recognized".

Under columns headed " Internal General" and "External Parsed General",
the content, "Forbidden" hyperlinks to
"#not-recognized"  instead of "#forbidden".
