My participation in the W3C XML Protocols Workgroup

I thought readers of distApp might want to know that yesterday I informed
the XML Protocols Workgroup that I would no longer be serving as one of
IBM's official representatives. At least for the moment, Chris Ferris is
our sole IBM representative to the Protocols WG, and he also continues as
workgroup chair. The reason for the change is just that it's been a long
time, and I need to start focussing more of my efforts on new projects. I
remain as interested as ever in seeing SOAP succeed, I will continue to
read and occasionally contribute to distApp, and will try to find ways to
help out if that's ever needed. I will continue to spend much of my time
working with the W3C, in particular as a member of the Technical
Architecture Group (TAG) and as one of IBM's representatives to the XML
Schemas Workgroup. Thank you.
