Thanks Pete, this is a great help. I do want to warn reviewers that the diffs do not catch all the changes. See for example section 4.1.2 where important references fail to resolve when the response-only MEP is not there. I suspect this methodology may have caught changes that are overt in the XML source, but not consequent changes in the HTML. You should still skim the whole thing. I'm working on providing comments now.
