The current SOAP MTOM document uses several namespace prefixes -- aof, xbinc, env, httpo -- without identifying the associated namespace name before using a prefix. The SOAP MTOM document should include a "Notational Conventions" section after the "Introduction" section, and the "Notational Conventions" section should include a table of "Prefixes and Namespaces used in the specification" in the manner of the SOAP 1.2 Part 1 and Part 2 Recommendations. The property defined in Table 1 of the current SOAP MTOM document uses a QName rather than a URI for the property name. The SOAP MTOM document should note that the URI for the property name has yet to be decided.
