Issue 51: Support different message patterns

At the 20/02 telcon I was assigned an action item to propose resolution
text for issue 51 - support for different message patterns [1].

<quote>
The SOAP 1.1 specification partially supports requirement R502. There are
no explicit examples in the SOAP 1.1 specification to support this
requirement. The XP specification must provide a broader set of patterns
and scenarios.
</quote>

Proposed resolution:

The XML Protocol Usage Scenarios Working Draft [2] contains some 20
scenarios and patterns illustating the use of SOAP 1.2. The provision of
this document resolves the concern of issue 51.
