SOAP is a Candidate Recommendation

Hello,

Live endpoints supporting most of the SOAP 1.2 Test Collection mentioned 
below are running at whitemesa.net. Endpoint URLs are given in the WSDL 
document:

http://www.whitemesa.net/wsdl/soap12-test.wsdl

and a collection of test clients (requiring IE 5.0 or higher) is found at:

http://www.whitemesa.net/test-soap12/soap12-test-index.htm

These are organized by Test Number (from the editor's draft), not all are 
implemented yet. They may prove useful to view actual message envelopes.
