I propose we close Issue 325[1] with no action. We've been over this
ground before, Noah and I spent considerable time in Cannes trying to
come up with an integrated approach which was consistent and were
unsuccessful. Moreover, the layered approah we have in the spec now is
sufficient for people to perform schema processing in order to get type
information if they want it.
