SOAP 1.1 interop work on soapbuilders mail list

Yesterday at the W3C Web Services Workshop the subject of SOAP interop came up, and it was clear that many people in the room didn't know about the work being done on the soapbuilders mail list to attain interop.

If you have a SOAP implementation and are concerned about interop, bring your concerns to the soapbuilders list.
