Re: DR 608: specific security mechanisms

Looking at the discussion points that followed the votes on this
one, it appears to me that this requirement is actually superfluous
and can be provided for by the general extensibility requirement
and the requirement that XP not depend on any underlying protocol.
So I would suggest that we remove it entirely.
