use case [multiple, asynchronous response patterns]

LDAP provides a  message pattern for asynchronous operations that allows
results to be returned over multiple responses from a server.  Similar
patterns arise in distributed web crawling and searches, software
agents, etc.  We should expect similar message patterns in XP.
