RE: Response to "On the use of HTTP as a Substrate for Other Prot oco ls"

As instructed in [1], the response was sent to iesg@ietf.org.  AFAIK, the
response is not available on a referenceable web site other than this list
archive [2].  It doesn't belong on the W3C XP WG site since this is a
response from individuals and does not necessarily represent the view of the
working group as a whole.

just curious.. was this sent to a particular ietf-oriented list, or 
directly-addressed to specific individuals? Also, have you put it up on a 
reference-able website?
