Horizontal absolute position in a line

Hi

I have problems to solve this:
(left-border) ... chapter-number ... tab_4cm ... chapter-title
The chapter title should be 4cm from the left border of the page. It's 
like a TAB in Microsoft WORD.
Any ideas how to solve this with XSL-FO?
