variable row/line height

Hello,
 
I'm trying to have a good vertical justification.
 
What are the implemented properties to have a variable row height in
tables?
 
I'm using XSL formatter, and the line-height is not variable at all. Any
clue?
 
I already asked them, but got no response so far.
