FOP specific questions should be addressed to the fop-dev mailing 
list (see http://xml.apache.org/mail.html).

Fop-0.20.3rc supports XSL Recommendation syntax where the
'master-name' attribute on a page-sequence has been renamed to
'master-reference'. So you need to update your stylesheet.
