XQuery 1.0 and XPath 2.0 Data Model and PSVI

Chapter 3.3 of the Data Model makes reference to the PSVI, citing only the 
XML Information Set. Since the PSVI is not mentioned in the XML Information 
Set Recommendation but in XML Schema Part 1 I suggest a reference to W3C XML 
Schema Recommendation Part I be added to Chapter 3.3.
