The list of URIs denoting specific versions of XSD in appendix K of structures
[1] should be updated to include recent publications, including the CR draft
published last July and the PR published yesterday.  For the publication of the
XSD 1.1 Rec, it should probably also be updated to include the Rec itself.

Since the appendix is non-normative, this is formally an editorial not a
subsantive issue.
