    IEEE 754-2008 was approved in August 2008.  In section 3.3.4
precisionDecimal 
    "the expected forthcoming revision of IEEE/ANSI 754" should change to 
    IEEE 754-2008.

I am making this Bugzilla entry in order to track this correction.
