In general, defaults defined on the xs:schema element follow the convention
that the default for the xxx attribute is named xxxDefault. So the default for
the xpathDefaultNamespace attribute should be named
xpathDefaultNamespaceDefault rather than defaultXPathDefaultNamespace.

However, I think that a more usable name for the attribute would be
xpathDefaultNamespace.
