Summary: writes dayFrag but means secondFrag
           Product: XML Schema
           Version: 1.1 only
          Platform: All
               URL: http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema11-2/#dateTime-lexical-
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Datatypes: XSD Part 2
        AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org
        ReportedBy: Martin.vGagern@gmx.net

The current schema recommendation writes:

"dayFrag is a numeral consisting of exactly two decimal digits, or two decimal
digits, a decimal point, and one or more trailing digits. It represents the
second value."

Obviously you are talking about secondFrag, especially as dayFrag has already
been discussed in the preceding item.
