2.3 Simple Types type "delimited by" and "..." conflict

In XML Schema Part 0: Primer Second Edition, section 2.3, Table 2,
the second column format doesn't match the description of the format.

The header cell says "Examples (delimited by commas)".

Consider the cell that says:

   "-32768, ... -1, 0, 1, ... 32767".

According to the header cell, after the first example value of
"-32768", the second example value is "... -1".


Either the ellipses should be removed or the header cell comment
should be revised (or at least there should be an additional comma
between each ellipsis and the following explicitly given value).
