XML schema draft comments: pt.1 1.3 editorial "together with" not plural

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-1-20040318/:


Section 1.3 says:

   ... it, together with the ·Schema Representation Constraints·,
   provide the normative statement...

I think "provide" should be "provides" (because "together with..."
doesn't actually form a plural subject).
