This is to amend the record to show that at its face to face meeting
in Cambridge last week, the WG reopened the question on the basis
of new information provided by Dan Connolly, and decided to
make the 'naked' form (...#integer) the canonical form, rather
than the XPointer-ized form (...#id("integer")).

Dan, can you please confirm that you are satisfied with this
resolution of the issue?  Thanks.
