Dear XML Schema Working Group,

I was grumbling about HTML tables used for layout _before_ looking at
the XML Schema Part 1 Proposed Recommendation [1] markup. Now I see
that what look like tables are all new divs. There are 227 fewer tables
used for presentation in the most recent XML Schema, and 263 fewer if
we only count Part 1. I haven't calculated the overhead for tables/divs
in bytes, and just wanted to thank you.

            TABLEs DIVs
           CR PR CR PR
          -----------------------
Part 0 67 67 1 1
Part 1 339 76 312 1398
Part 2 192 228 370 396
Total 598 371 683 1795
