Pattern facet for ENTITIES, IDREFS and NMTOKENS

     Hi,

     Datatype Spec  section  2.5.1.2 List datatypes  says "When a datatype
is derived from a list datatype, the following constraining facets apply:
        length
        maxLength
        minLength
        enumeration
        *PATTERN*
        whiteSpace " .

     However,  'pattern' facet is not listed for builtIn list datatypes:
          ENTITIES (3.3.5)
          IDREFS (3.3.6)
          NMTOKENS (3.3.7)

     I guess editors simply forgot to mention 'pattern' facet as one
possible way to further restrict ENTITIES, IDREFS and NMTOKENS.
