As both originator and respondent for this issue, I hereby record formally
that I am indeed satisfied with the resolution of this issue adopted by the
workgroup.  For reference by those unfamiliar with the group's decision,
here are excerpts from the last call issues list:

[RESOLVED: to provide names for both the 'basic' urType and the 'simple'
urType.
...
A head to head comparison of the top two candidate terms showed 14 in favor
of anyType, 11 in favor of urType. For the basic simple type, anySimpleType
was chosen without objection.]

In other words, the names adopted are anyType (includes simple and complex)
and anySimpleType (simple only).  I thank the workgroup for their attention
to my concerns.
