4.3.1: representation of {target namespace} in second case has pa rent instead of ancestor

In the second case in 4.3.1, a representation is given for when the
attribute element information item is *not* a direct child of schema (that's
the first case). However, in the representation of {target namespace} it
refers to the targetNamespace attribute of the *parent* schema element.

Should this say "ancestor"?
