use of xs:NCNAME in non-normative w3c schema of xlink 1.1 working draft

in appendix "C Sample XML Schema (Non-Normative)" of
http://www.w3.org/TR/xlink11/ the uses of xs:NCNAME (all uppercase)
should be replaced with xs:NCName in order to become a valid w3c schema;
