Hi John-- Here are my revision history notes leading up to the January 19 
draft.  They should be pretty complete.

Made revisions according to December 23 telecon: removed link-events issue, 
added role and title to arc (arc-semantics issue), added constraint about 
external linksets being XML (require-xls-to-be-xml issue), added none value 
for xlink:type (non-an-xlink issue). Also incorporated comments from WG/IG 
lists and the comments list (Dec 20 - Jan 3).

Made revisions according to January 6 telecon: incorporated more normative 
behavior attribute text, removed element method of link recognition and all 
associated examples, used &ldquo;application&rdquo; consistently to refer 
to XLink implementations, removed the examples appendix, and added 
XBase-related
wording.
