Could please add the details of the Oracle implementation under the 
Public Code & Toolkits section on the XKMS WG homepage.

Oracle has a XKMS 2.0 implementation that will be available as part of 
the <a 
href="http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/id_mgmt/osdt/index.html">Oracle 
Application Server 10gR2</a>
