Next teleconf info

Hi,

the teleconference is scheduled. I made a mistake on the UTC
time, but the other ones were correct (and the same as usual):

  Zakim Bridge +1.617.761.6200, conference 9567 ("XKMS")
  Time: 8:30am-9:30am PST/ 11:30am-12:30pm> EST/15:30-16:30 UTC [1])
