Shivaram and I made the change to 2.5.3.3[1] to say:

Do you think it is precise enough or should I add the out of band
notification mechanism indication, which you hinted here below? I think
it's good as it is. If there's no notification message precised, the
client has either to go poll the server to know if the request has been
completed or use an out-of-band mechanism as you explained.

Anyway, feedback is always welcome :)
