updated the issues list

Hi,

The list is updated. I just need to confirm the 332-tl6 change (see my
previous message). I'll close 328-jk when part-2 is done :)

I'll go thru it again, to change the generic "The proposed changes were
made" to more descriptive text (that actually says what was changed).
