Hi Shivaram,

When taking into account Tommy's issue, you added the following
text for CompoundStatements:

[128a]The RespondWith element MUST NOT be present inside a CompoundRequest
element.

I think that Tommy's original intention was to be more explicit. If
RespondWith appears in the CompoundRequest, but not in the inner
requests, where it applies to all the inner requests or not. Or to say
that in a CompoundRequest, RespondWith can only appear in the appropriate
inner requests.

The way you worded, it seems to say that RespondWith cannot appear
anywhere inside a CompoundRequest.

Did I read it wrong?
