Following our talk in the teleconf, I'll change the widget used
to answer a question so that it includes the server name
against which it was done. This way, clients can report on multiple
servers.

I've to redo part of the 14 test (Tnn) questions, so it's best not
to answer them. You can answer the other ones if you want (Inn).

I'll send a mail tomorrow when I've finished updating it.
