Missing link in Appendix A of part-1.

I had forgotten to send this remark...

Appending A has the following note:

	 [TBS add a link to schema here].

Should this be a link to the Schema directory? I think that it's better
to name each schema and say what it is, rather than just point to
the directory and let every user make the same reasoning.
