Regarding your request [2] for clarification of the meaning of the blue
lines within the diagrams in the use case scenarios document, issue #4 [1],
the editors have taken an action item to ensure that these and other
notations are fully explained.  This should be reflected in an upcoming
public draft.  Once this has been completed, this issue will be closed.
